There's someting very disturbing about this closeup. In the other shot it appears there is a party occasion, but this one has some sadomasochistic overtones -- and violence due to whatever is on her hands that resembles blood.

@Ken McCoy: it was interesting to read your comment, actually. Because I've never thought like that!
And red line on her hand is henna tatto which disappears in a couple of weeks, and is usually used on wedding occasions.

And something mysterious, too: you only can guess what she is doing. She is blowing something pointing at you: a beam-shooting pipe maybe? She might be performing in a secret ritual.
